A tool to guide
The Recueil de documentation professionnelle is a tool to guide you through all the laws and regulations that prescribe what the Barreau does and how lawyers must practice the profession.
The Recueil de documentation professionnelle, which is updated annually, includes the following:
- The Act respecting the Barreau du Québec
- The Professional Code
- The Code of Professional Conduct of Lawyers (Table of concordance with the old Code of Professional Conduct of Lawyers)
- The Regulation respecting the application of the Act respecting legal aid and the provision of certain other legal services
- The Règlement sur la comptabilité et les normes d’exercice professionnel des avocats
